How much lead time do you need?
Groups: 4+ weeks (8+ weeks in peak season). Seminars, healthcare events and FAM trips: 8+ weeks. Health travel: 2+ weeks; earlier arrivals on request.
What happens if our client contacts you directly?
We refer them back to you and never quote them directly.
Can we use our own hospital?
Yes. Use the hospital your client already chose, or one in our partner network — either way, we handle the trip.
