1. Who we are

Gotrip Thai Co., Ltd. ("Gotripthai", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our office is at 146/71 Sukhumvit 71 Road, Phra Khanong Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

2. What information we collect

When you send a request through our form or message us, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• your name, company or organisation, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country
• trip details: type of trip, number of travellers, dates, city, accommodation, budget level, interpreter language and your message
• for health and wellness trips only: the general type of trip you select (for example "wellness stay"), and only with your explicit consent
• your consent choices and the date and time of your request

3. What we do not collect

Please do not send passport copies, ID documents, medical records, diagnoses or details of your condition through this website. We plan the travel side of your trip only. If traveller details are needed for a confirmed booking, we will ask for them separately and securely.

4. Why we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your request and prepare a travel proposal (steps taken at your request before a contract)
• plan and run a trip you confirm with us (performance of a contract)
• keep records of our communication and protect our website from spam and abuse (legitimate interests)
• use the type of health or wellness trip you selected to plan your travel (your explicit consent)

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and handle requests (website hosting and security, form processing, and our enquiry database), and, for a trip you confirm, with hotels, transport providers and interpreters as needed to deliver it.

6. International transfers

Some of these service providers store or process data on servers outside Thailand, for example in the United States. Where this happens, we use providers that apply recognised security measures, and we transfer only what is needed for the purposes above.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise them.

8. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider and our anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use strictly necessary technical data or cookies to keep the website secure.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• ask for access to, or a copy of, your personal data
• ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it
• object to our use of it, or ask to move it to another organisation
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it)
• complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand
